With a gorgeous view of Pismo, our master bedroom is perfectly equipped for a rejuvenating night’s sleep. Featuring a 50” 4k TV, high speed Wi-Fi, and a Sub-Zero fridge/freezer for your perishables, you can rest assured your needs will be taken care of.

Outdoor areas

Guests are welcome to use the outdoor areas near the studio, where they may be greeted by the local cat. On the porch you will find outdoor seating as well as a small grill for guest use.

Wifi and Technology

We are pleased to offer complimentary high speed Wi-Fi internet for our guests. Our property is adequately covered, allowing internet connection from all areas of the rental. In the studio you’ll find a 50” 4k smart TV, which has popular streaming services, cable channels, and the capability to stream from your mobile device.

Quiet Time

To promote respect and peace in the neighborhood, we ask that guests keep noises to a minimum from 10pm to 7am,

Along with our Keurig coffee machine, we stock pods and half and half to keep your morning flowing smoothly.

Check in and Check Out

Check in is 3:00pm, Check out is 11am. On occasion when circumstances permit, we can allow for an early check in or late check out.

Heating and Cooling

We offer a fully heated and air conditioned studio. There are also tower fans in the closets, should you want a more acute solution.
